Women who are committed to positive leadership
At EAE Madrid we are committed to positive change and the development of women's leadership. Today, women's day, we want to recognize the work of some of them who in their day-to-day work and give visibility to the female talent of the school.
The Professional Careers and Entrepreneurship department is led by Federica Assandría, who has been working at EAE for more than 6 years, starting with a consultant position and is currently the director of the department. She is also one of the team leading the EAE Madrid Cultural Accelerator project.
Magalí Riera, director of personnel within the Vice Dean of EAE Madrid and has more than 15 years of professional experience in the university field. In this sense, she has participated in several female leadership projects, including the Women Initiative, and she has produced several reports and scientific articles on the impact of sustainable female leadership in different economic spheres.
May López, Director of Our MBA in ESG Sustainability and Director of Business Development for Sustainable Mobility. May is a benchmark in sustainability issues and is the author of the II Observatory of Sustainability in Ibero-America study.
Virginia Lopez de Garayo, Vice Dean of Faculty, has more than 28 years of professional experience in the university field, much of it in positions of responsibility. She currently leads a team of more than 800 people made up of the teaching staff and academic coordination. Within the work that she does with the teachers is to give visibility and bet on female talent.
