EAE Madrid launches a PDD co-designed together with the multinational STEF

Last Tuesday, February 28, Juan Canitrot, Director of Corporate Relations at EAE Madrid together with François Pinto, Managing, Director at national level of STEF, inaugurated the first session of the Development Program for Executives that has been co-designed between EAE Business School Madrid and the Human Resources department of the STEF multinational

The objective is to enhance the managerial skills of the directors of the STEF delegations in Spain. Likewise, this program is totally cohesive with the STEF leadership model that revolves around several axes: Attention to people, Responsibility, Customer Orientation, intrapreneurship, Agility and Collaboration.

The content of the program is divided into three modules: Strategy and vision; people and leadership and innovation and change. With this, managers will acquire a global vision of the company, strengthen their decision-making, improve their management skills, strengthen their leadership and allow them to join a network of managers.

This in-company program reinforces EAE Madrid's ties with the business fabric with the commitment to provide quality training to managers of the country's leading companies with an adhoc program between the School and the company.
