LVMH on Campus INSIDE Certificate Presentation

LVMH has reinforced its commitment to support the new generations with an accelerated training and access to employment policy. In 2022, the Group and the Houses hired 39,000 talents under 30 years of age. Since 2016, the INSIDE LVMH initiative offers students and graduates the opportunity to immerse themselves in the LVMH ecosystem and enrich their skill set, while we create a network of passionate and qualified candidates for all the Maisons. INSIDE LVMH also aims to improve accessibility and inclusion in terms of profiles, schools and geographies, to broaden the scope of the transmission of knowledge and savoir-faire.

The INSIDE LVMH strategy is centered on three pillars: the INSIDE LVMH platform, the INSIDE LVMH certificate and the INSIDE LVMH events. Among them is "Start Your Journey with LVMH," which is a new digital and interactive way to showcase the diversity of our ecosystem and attract and recruit students. There are also leader talks, where Group leaders connect with students online to inspire them by presenting their Maison and sharing tips for success at LVMH.
