Practical theoretical workshop with Altafit

The Experience & Events department of EAE Business School Madrid in collaboration with Altafit have organized a theoretical / practical session to start 2023 with good intentions.

We will delve into a series of recommendations to improve our nutritional and physical habits. And they will teach us to improve our postural hygiene, so that we can better face the hours we spend sitting in the classroom and studying.

Finally they will do an anthropometric study to know our physical state in detail.

We will be in the best hands thanks to Eugenio Vera Peláez, a graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and an expert in kinanthropometry (body composition) and a master's degree in sports psychology and coaching.

Day: January 31, 2023

Place: Altafit Estudiantes (Serrano Street, 127 - a 10-minute walk from the Joaquín Costa campus and 20 minutes from the Príncipe de Vergara campus)

Time: The workshop will begin punctually at 5:00 p.m., so the time to enter the gym will be at 4:45 p.m. to go through the changing room beforehand.

Entrance: they will simply ask you to show your EAE student card.
