Round Table: IBM, Iberdrola and Boeing share their diversity, equity and inclusion policies

EAE Madrid aims to connect all of our business school potential professionals, students and companies, to the future of work. For this reason, we have organized a round table with Managers, Directors and Experts form top copanies to talk about SDG topics and their relationship with the professional environment.

Why? The 17 SDG Objectives have a transcendental value to transform the world and make it a fairer place for all. The role of companies becomes the main axis; the engine of change conditioned by technological and social innovations.

The key and objective is finally to be able to understand how we approach our professional objective in a imminently sustainable and equitable future.

The 17 objetives that seek to reduce poverty, inequality and protect the planet by 2030, are precisely aimed at promoting the happiness and wellbeing of the inhabitants. In this sense, one of the great challenges of companies for 2023 is the promotion and management of diversity as a corporate commitment and a strategic line.
