More than 100 students from different EAE Madrid Masters attend a Masterclass on Cybersecurity at Banco Santander
A group of students from EAE Business School, together with professors Giuseppe Emanuele Adamo, Alexia de la Morena and Sofia Ruiz, visited the Santander Spain headquarters in Madrid to receive face-to-face training on cybersecurity and data engineering in the company's network. hand of 'Finanzas para Mortales', a financial education initiative of Banco Santander and SANFI whose main mission is financial inclusion. In this sense, EAE master's students received training in everything related to the prevention and detection of fraud on the Internet with the aim of detecting any deception or trick that cybercriminals use on a daily basis. In addition, during the session, concepts such as social engineering, phishing, smishing, vishing, among others, were studied in depth, with different examples and practical applications. The Santander cybersecurity expert and volunteer trainer of 'Finanzas para Mortales', Eva Mosquera, concluded the day with cyber-advice for all attendees, insisting on the need to be aware of the network and report any anomalous issue that can be observed in our routines. daily on the internet.
