45 EAE Business School Madrid students participate in the Teaming Up Workshop
Last Friday, November 18, the Teaming Up Workshop was held, with the participation of 45 students from EAE Business School Madrid from the October 22 call, who are considering designing and developing an entrepreneurship project and that thanks to the EAE Entrepreneur service will be able to make it possible.
The workshop focused on the importance of having a team in entrepreneurship projects. The session was focused in a practical and applied way with examples of real-life startups of EAE Entrepreneur with which Jose Luis, the speaker, worked as a coach or mentor.
Jose Luis CEO at NewBeing, who led the workshop, explained that: "In my role as coach and mentor throughout the different calls of the Entrepreneur Program, in each of its stages, and in my own experience as an entrepreneur, I have been able to gather many experiences in relation to the main challenges that entrepreneurs face and, above all, the ideal way to overcome them".
Jose Luis also said that in the workshop "we have been able to go through these lessons learned, and we have worked on coherence, tools that promote the right mindset to manage teams, effective emotional management and leadership skills necessary to undertake with the greatest and best impact on all dimensions of our enterprise".
